TreesI can never get over Elliott Smith’s talent. I have 75 songs of his on my iPhone and I shuffle through them on a daily basis. The funny thing is, no matter how many times I have heard his music, there will be a certain song that stands out in a new way. I’m in Boston, MA for Link Love, a conference by Distilled that is dedicated to the intricate act of link building. I’m the sole Evolve representative, which is just as exciting as it is horrifying. So far Boston has been awesome. The weather is 45 degrees and a bit rainy, quite a change from St. Louis’s 82/sunny forecast. However, I happen to love chilly, rainy afternoons, especially when I’ve got Cults and Sleigh Bells blasting through my ear buds and my North Face keeping me toasty as I stroll through the streets. Lots of strolling, my favorite. By the way, this is def a quaint little area; got to eat dinner at a nice pub and watch the Celtics game. Read the rest of this entry »
